Gypsy Spot Challenge Week 2

Gypsy Spot
Today's Gypsy Spot Challenge is to create something welded with 2 different cartridges.
I used my Gypsy to weld together a scallop frame Accent Essentials and a cupcake from the Celebrations cartridge. I used Bazzill Cardstock for the base of the card and My Minds Eye (29th Street Market collection) pattern paper for the frame. I added some Paper Trey Ink satin ribbon on the side of the card and then some twine to the side of the frame. The pink "Sprinkes" are Liquid Pearls (Petal Pink). I also used the opposite side of the pattern paper for the base of the cupcake and some Very Vanilla Stampin' Up! cardstock for the top.
