Gypsy Spot Challenge

This week kicks off the Gypsy Spot site and I'm so excited to be a designer.

The challenge this week was to create something using Gypsy Wanderings, Gyspy Fonts or both. So I went with Wanderings. I love this cute little butterfly. I used black cardstock for the base of the card and the pattern paper is by Basic Grey (ambrosia). This pattern paper is totally not my norm but I love how it came out. The butterfly was cut at 2 in. and Thanks is cut at 1.25 in. I used the blackout feature on both cuts. The black stitched ribbon is from a Making Memories ribbon set and I pulled out my nestabilities labels (set 3) and ran the black cardstock and pattern paper through my Big Shot.

Hope you enjoy and don't forget to check out the other designers over at the Gypsy Spot.

Great job, gorgeous card.

The paper is so different from what you normally use that I had to look twice. I knew the detail and creativity was you ... it was the paper that threw me. LOL.

Can't wait till they fix the update and I can use my gypsy again! hugs, eileen
