Here is today's card. I'm using the Crown Assortment set from The Cutting Cafe'. I really had fun putting this card together. I think I channeled Regina when I made this card. She is so super talented...I'm honored to be on her video design team...
I decided to show how to make this card an A2 size card, just to show you how...I hope I helped some of you learn a little more about SCAL and what you can do with it....I'm certainly not an expert, but I'm learning....
If you don't have SCAL and would still like to use some of the TCC cutting files, you can just print the PDF version of the file and hand cut the images....
Have a great Sunday....

Very cute card... I think I can approximate this with DS, so if you don't mind I'm going to scraplift this one. Great work Christina, great card!
Thanks for showing the SCAL software. I have been reluctant to purchase SCAL because I don't know the software. Then there is another software that they talk about using with the Scal so that would be 2 programs to learn and nothing comes with instructions. Why did you choose to go with Scal vs. Make the Cut?
I like the silhouette type cuts, like ACY. A lot of the new cartridges are cutesy animals which, as a Grandma, I might not use much of. So by getting one of the other cutting programs I could broaden my cut selections and not be limited to PC carts.

Another great video with SCAL. I never tried the break apart in the preview stage and now I can't wait to try it. Thank you so much.

Thanks for this one Christina. I have been on the fence for a very long time about this software. I am a visual learner and this helped a lot.--Ryansmaama

Awesome card. I didn't realize you could use Cutting Cafe files with SCAL (duh!) Thanks for opening my eyes to way more options!!
Hugs,
Kristina
Oh my goodness, is that cute or what? TFS Christina.
I wish someone with an unbiased opinion would tell me what the difference is between SCAL and MTC. I would like to buy one of them but just don't know which one to get. Of course they each say theirs is the best but I'd sure like to find out from someone who doesn't have a monetary interest to critique it for us. My Expression was less than a year old and just broke. PC honored the warranty without question but if I had installed SCAL would they have done the same? Oh what to do, what to do!
This is BEAUTIFUL!!
Big Hugs,
Emma;)
this is fabulous i tell ya...fabulous
Congratulations on joining Reginas video design team. Great card.
