What a fast weekend that was, I worked for a few hours yesterday so I can take Friday off for a trip to Hobby Lobby. It's kind of a tradition for Mom, Ethan and I to make a trip to Easton in June. Also I wanted to have a long weekend since Saturday is my birthday :)
UPDATE: HERE is the link to the instructions on putting the Cricut Cartridges on your Ipad.
Saturday I got a head start on my Father's day cards. This is one is for my Dad. Do you want to know it took me two hours to come up with this. I was struggling with what colors to use on a masculine card...
OK here we go...We're using Elegant Edges and Designers Calendar Cricut cartridges today...
Supplies: Smokey Gray Cardstock (Paper Trey Ink), Hattie Pattern Paper (My Minds Eye), Postage Stamp Punch (Fiskars), Black Brads, Satin Ribbon (?), Designers Calendar Cricut Cartridge, Elegant Edges Cricut Cartridge, Cricut Expression 2, Cricut Gypsy.
Have a great Monday and see you back here tomorrow...

I love it! Masculine cards a little more challenging aren't they?

Beautiful card! Love the colors and textures that you used. Have a Happy Birthday Weekend! Mine is this Wed., and we celebrate all week! Have fun. BethAnn M.
ReplyDeleteA really great card. Man cards are so hard to pick what products to use. You did a fantastic job with this one though.
ReplyDeletePosted earlier but I just watched the video and saw that you have your cricut cart handbooks on your ipad, so do I! Isn't that so convenient to be able to browse the handbooks? I love my ipad!
ReplyDeleteI like the Dad's day card and it made me feel so good that it took you two hrs to figure out what to do. My biggest problem is finding the cartridge that has an image on it that I want.
ReplyDeleteI got stuck on trying to get my pdf file into itunes. I have a mac and that may the reason I cannot figure out how to put in into itunes. Can you help? Anyone?

ReplyDeleteI don't always comment but i must watch each video about 20 times!.
thank you.
And btw, thanks for the PTI info- i am going broke with PTI but loving it (I'll be looking forward to 6/15).
I haven't yet gotten Bolin inks because there aren't a lot of colors and quite frankly, I can't tell the colors based on the photo (the names don't lend to what color it is).
but I do enjoy your referrals!
:)
Great card!!! It has a touch of elegance. I love that : )

ReplyDeleteThanks Christina for showing us the link to putting Cricut manuals onto our IPads. It took me a couple of days to get it to work, but it was well worth the wait.
Thanks again!
