CWC (7/25/11) Thank U.

Happy Monday,
I hope everyone had a great weekend. It was a busy one for me with lots of family time. Saturday we spend the day at the lake and it was great to get away from all the heat and humidity and do some swimming and relaxing. This card is going to my mother-in-law for hosting Saturday's birthday party for my hubby. Anyway, I sat down in my room last night around 7 and couldn't come up with anything to make for today's card. I knew I needed to make a thank you card, but that was about it. Finally an hour later I decided to play with my embossing folders....

One question, where did you get that piercer, I really like that it retracts!!!

  9. Love your chip board letters... Wouldn't it be neat to heat emboss that pattern on them?

  10. I made one myself and used the Venus font-for a Hello card. Thanks for the idea. Love the sales at Big Lots!

  11. So many great ideas. You are so crafty and clever! I love the double stamping on the letters and how you used the embossing folders. Who'd of thunk you could do that? You're the best at inspiring me.

  12. What an easy yet classy card. I love the addition of the stamp on the letters, it really finishes the card off.
