Happy Friday,
I have to tell you, I've been having so much fun with these Stampin' On Friday videos. I'm starting to use stuff I've purchased and haven't played with, I find myself searching my room for materials. Trying new things, I start with a totally clean desk and finish with it covered with all my supplies. I love it...
Today's card started as a circle card and I was determined to use pink, I just couldn't find the right pink in my paper stash, I even had Scott in my room helping me look for pink. lol After searching and playing, I just was not being satisfied with the results of the circle card. So I made this card...

I hope you have a wonderful Friday and a fabulous weekend.

So happy to see you make mistakes stamping because I sure do. I'm glad to see how you cover up your mistakes too. Love Fridays but hope you don't stress out too much planning for them.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. The inside looks even better than originally planned!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute card! I will try this for sure! I also love the way you showed the mistake instead of editing the video. Let's face it we all make those little mistakes and it makes you a very real crafter in my book. Thanks again for Stampin on Friday!
ReplyDeleteI, too, like how you share your mistakes and how to fix them rather than edit your video - just like the rest of us imperfect crafters...(smile!). I also enjoy your video style - crisp, clean, and easy to follow. Joann's just had Jenni Bowlin ink on sale, so I am going to try it.
ReplyDeleteHi Christina - this is absolutely gorgeous! Love the colors! I didn't know about the edgers - eeks, I'm supposed to be on a crafter's buying diet!! Great job!
ReplyDeleteLoved your card!! Thank you for all the details. It was a pleasure to watch!
ReplyDeleteI too love your stamping on Friday videos I love this card especially those dies you used I have not tried any of those
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! Love the use of the soft felt for the ice cream! I love that scalloped edge!!!
ReplyDeleteLove your video and your sweet card, Christina.
ReplyDeleteRemember, there are no mistakes in art, just opportunities!

Beautiful card. Love the felt and the little "sprinkles". So darling. Thanks Christina
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card. Love the little die cut. TFS
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty card, thank you for the fun tutorial :)
ReplyDeleteChristina, that's a beautiful card! I love all the videos, and especially enjoy the Stampin on Fridays, as I love to stamp as well as Cricut, Cuttlebug, etc. Great to combine all of these tools and techniques. Please keep on including ways to fix a mistake (or as I call it, a creative opportunity) The end result was even prettier , I think. Have a great weekend. BethAnn M.
ReplyDeleteYou've done it again!!! Just when I think I can resist buying the Paper Trey Ink dies you use them and again it's not which one I need but how many I want. You are hard on my budget.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see that everything does not turn out perfectly for you the first time. Thanks for including that in the video. Darling card and you are right, you do need two scoops of ice cream.
ReplyDeleteHi christina,

Thanks for another great video. I'm really rnjoying this series. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who's had to fix a card. I think I like it better with the "fix".
ReplyDeleteChristina....Super card !!! Something a little different. You do such great videos. We all learn from them. I had to chuckle when you made the stamp mistake...I guess we all have done that. Thanks so much for the great ideas. Look forward every day to your blog.
