Where did the weekend go? It went by way to fast, but I did have a fun.
Friday Night I worked on this Printer's Tray by 7 Gypsies. When I purchased my Silhouette Teri told me about Kerri Bradford's site and I fell in love. Her kits are absolutely amazing and so fun to work with.
I found my Printer's Tray when I was cleaning and organizing a few weeks ago and just set it aside (again). When Keri's This and That: autumn kit came out I couldn't wait to order it and finally work with the tray. From beginning to end it was so fun.
Here is a quick video to tell you more.

Kerri's kit includes all the files you need to cut with your Silhouette or any machine that supports SCAL or Make the Cut. You can purchase the full kit that includes the printing files for the background sections of the printing tray and the cut files or just the cut files.
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by,

Beautiful project, but I am not understanding what you actually get in the kit from Kerri. Is everything in the kit pre-cut to fit this particular 7G frame? Because it seems like you're saying you cut stuff on your Sil.
ReplyDeleteI don't own SCAL or a Sil, just my E, and I'm not sure what I'd be getting or what to do with it.
IT'S FABULOUS!!!! Love the fall colors and all the elements this kit brings. ACK!!! I've been hoarding my 7 Gypsies tray but your idea of NOT glueing everything down is fabulous sis!!!! I'm going to make mine for all the holidays!!! You inspire me so much! Hugs, T
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your tray! I am trying to resist buying a Silhouette ~ you keep tempting me!
ReplyDeleteI have been working on a Printer Drawer for my youngest who graduates Hight School this year. Making little 6x6 pages ~ it is so much fun! When I get more done, I will post it on my blog!
Thanks for sharing
Susan

What a great project Christina. I love how you always point out your mistakes. It makes you seem like you're sitting in my kitchen telling me all about your latest project. You're darling.
ReplyDeleteLovely tray!....I'm looking forward to holiday decorating myself :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea using this tray for other holidays by just changing out the inserts. Way to go! Looking forward to seeing the Christmas edition.

I love your tray! I just ordered the Halloween one. I plan on using a magnetic strip on the back of pieces and maybe gluing a small, thin washer to the different compartments on the tray to hold them in place!
ReplyDeleteFabulous!
