Gone Trick or Treating Layout

Hi Everyone,
I'm getting there. It's taking me much longer that I thought it would to scrap 2010. Although, I haven't really been working on it much :(

This layout is Ethan in his Halloween costume from last year. He was a warrior ninja...This year he can't decide what he wants to be. I was thinking a 1950's greaser. He would look sooo stinkin' cute...

Here are some close up pictures. The moon w/bats is cut using my Silhouette. I have to say I'm totally eyeing up the new Silhouette Cameo.

Here is the file information in case you are looking for it at the Silhouette Store

The little sign hanging off the gate that I punched using my Martha Stewart Iron Fence Punch was done using the print and cut feature on the Sil. Gotta love that feature :)

File info for the print and cut...

Hope you all have a great Wednesday :)
Hugs

  2. I LOVE this layout. The cuts are so cute. I am still on the fence with the Silhouette. I hardly use my Cricut, I buy mostly PTI. What would be the advantage of the Cameo?
    Thanks for sharing

  4. Very cute layout! You're making me want to buy a Silhouette too, but I don't know if I should, since I already have two Expressions. I actually regret buying the E2:(.
I got it because I liked the pre installed decal cart they offered at the time. I'm like Cards by Susan above ... Could you let us know more about the Silhouette, and what the advantages are over the Cricut? Thanks!

  5. Wonderful layout! The black and white work terrific with that little bit of color. Great details. Do you happen to know how the Silhouette differs from the Pazzles? Thanks

  6. I just love the black and white layout. It's too spooky looking! I'm retired, so can't get all the new die cut machines so only have the Expression. I would love to get a Sil someday though. You can throw your old one my way if you get a new one!! LOL!
