Christmas Photos

Hi Everyone,
I hope you all had a fabulous holiday :) Ethan really enjoyed his as Santa brought the one thing he really really wanted.
Wednesday we had a small snowstorm that gave us about 3" of snow and today it snowed for most of the day giving us another 6" of snow. Both storms made for great excuses to stay inside. I have big plans tomorrow. Other than getting to the grocery store I plan on spending lots and lots of time in my craft room. I'm ready to jump back in and craft :)

Here are a few photos of our holiday.

I will see you back here later this week. I really want to spend the next few days before heading back to work to get some videos made and ready to roll. Happy New Year everyone

My Favorite Scrap Tools-Day 4

Hi Everyone,
I have lots of links to share today. Today is the last day of My favorite Tools posts. I was going to have 5 days but decided to put the last batch together in one post...Are you ready?

First up is ink. I love ink...
I have tons of distress ink but these three below are the ones I use the most for edging my projects. Antigue Linen, Vintage Photos, and Walnut Stain. They are my faves.

Next is Paper Trey Ink. I love all PTI's Premium Dye inks the quality is amazing and could list every single one but I would make this a really really long post. So here are my top 5. Aqua Mist, Kraft, Ripe Avocado, and Spring Moss, Oh and I love Sweet Blush too. Lots of these colors are out of stock and last I read was there is a delay in the production so hopefully they will be back soon.

So those are are my ink selections, I shared my black inks that I love in yesterday's post.

Next let's talk stamps...
The first if Paper Trey Ink, I love PTI the quality is amazing and the overall style is just me...I won't share all my faves but will suggest for those who want to try out PTI stamps and their amazing dies to maybe start with the Fillable Frames. There are 12 different sets each set is $5 for the stamps and around $3 for the dies. You can't go wrong with these. I'm going to show you the first 6 sets and then you can check out the rest on the PTI site HERE

Next up is Lawn Fawn :) I'm totally addicted to Lawn Fawn stamps. The whimsical style just makes me smile :)  Here are a few of my favorite sets. I'm eyeing up the two new sets that just came out :)

and then last but not least I love my Ali Edwards Stamps :) The sentiments are great for scrapbooking, cardmaking, and Project Life (I'll talk more about my Project Life plans for 2013 in an upcoming post).
I subscribe to the monthly Technique Tuesday Ali Edwards stamp releases but you can find them online as well. They usually get released to stores about a month after the subscription club. Here are a few samples...

Well I think I covered most of my favorites over the last few days. I hope you enjoyed them.

In case you missed any...

My Favorite Scrap Tools-Day 3

Hi Everyone,
Am I the only one who feels really behind this year? I was feeling so ahead of everything last week and now I'm overwhelmed with all that still needs to get done before Christmas. Cookies, present wrapping, and writing out the cards. Maybe it's because Thanksgiving was early this year and I thought I could slack a little and have plenty of time? Maybe thats it? Yeah thats it...

Anyway enough of my panicking and on to today's list...Today's list is all my favorite stamping tools. If you watch my Stampin' on Friday videos I'm sure you've seen these used once or twice and maybe more :)

So I kind of overslept today and am running later than usual so I won't have time to post about why I like each product but will share a few thoughts....

Versa Mark is what I use for embossing with embossing powder. When I do emboss I usually just use white powder. Memento Black ink is great for Copic coloring and I love Archival Ink for really crisp black stamping (like sentiments and such). We'll get into all the other inks I like tomorrow.

You all know I love my Fiskar Stamp Press and my Martha Stewart Stamp mount. I use those all the time in my videos.

I had purchased the Ranger Heat Gun last year and I hate it. It takes forever to heat up and never seemed to be heating where I wanted or directed it to go so I went back to my old trusty heat gun however I'm not totally satisfied with that one either but it works... I do see lots of people like Jennifer McQuire and Kristina Werner using a Hero Arts gun that looks amazing. Maybe my next tool investment will be that one.

Thanks everyone for stopping by...Oh before I forget...Sherry...Little ATG? Where? and When? :)

Hugs and happy crafting,
