Stampin' on Friday (3/29/13) Happy Easter

Hi Everyone,
I'm back today with another Stampin' on Friday episode...I need to get myself back in the grove here with making videos.
I'm really enjoying Lawn Fawn's newly released stamp sets. The Happy Easter set is sooo adorable with these cute little bunnies.

Scrap Room Organzing: My Desk and Video Equipment Setup

Hi Everyone,
Hope you all had a good weekend. Nothing special happened here, just looked out the window and wished it was warmer. I'm a little tired of snow...

Here is a video for you today on my desk setup and also included a little video equipment review since its kind of a part of my desk anyway.

I noticed on Ikea's site they only have the black version of the desk so I'm not sure if they still have the white style in stock at stores.
Here are a few links...

Scrap Room Organizing: Stamp and Ink Storage

Hi Everyone :)
Today's video is how I store my clear/wooden stamps along with how I store my ink pads.
I did a more detailed video on how I store my stamps a while back (HERE) so I decided to do a combo video on stamps and ink pad storage.

Watch below | Watch on You Tube

Here are a few links to what I use.
CD/DVD Rack from Ikea
DVD Cases from Tapeonline.com
CD Cases from Tapeonline.com
Stamp Pad Organizer from Organizemore.com
Distress Ink Organizer from Organizemore.com
Organize More doesn't seem to have the one unit I use for distress inks in stock so I linked to one similar:)
Have a great day everyone :)

Stampin' on Friday (3/15/13) Summertime Charm

Hi Everyone,
It's been a few weeks since I did a SOF video and a long time since I ordered any new stamps and papers.
Today's video is using some of the new Lawn Fawn stamps and dies. Summertime charm has some really cute little extras like the strawberry and that firefly is adorable too. This is also the first time I've used their paper and I have to say I love it. The colors and patterns in the Pink Lemonade set are so bright and cheery.

Thanks everyone for stopping by today. I hope you have a great weekend. See you back here next week.

Product Review: Embroidery Kits by Amy Tan

Hi Everyone,
I used to cross-stitch a long long time ago before I found scrapbooking and I loved it. When I saw these kits I knew I had to try them.

The capture kit is super adorable and I see lots of uses for that one. The arrows alone will be great for project life. The inspire set (Alpha) is super cute and will be fun to make personalized tags with or maybe stitching out the first letter of someones name and then using thickers to finish it off.
All in all I like these two sets. Time to dig out the old cross stitching floss and try out some other colors. I added a list of a few places you can order these from below.
Have a great day

Scrap room organizing: Paper Storage

Hi Everyone,
Sorry I went MIA last week, I had some sinus issues early in the week and then I had a little dental procedure done that left me with a very sore and tight jaw. Feeling better now :)

Today's scrap room organizing video shows how I store my paper, from card stock, 12x12, to paper pads. Enjoy

Watch Below | Watch on You Tube

My shelving unit is called "Besta" and you can find them at Ikea (please note shipping with Ikea is crazy high). Here is a link to the 12x12 paper storage from Oriental Trading :)

I hope you enjoy. I'll be back this week with more videos. Need to make up for last week :) hehe
Have a great day everyone,
Hugs

Scrap room organizing with small containers

Hi Everyone,
I can't believe it's Monday already. The weekend went by too fast.

I've been doing little amounts of work in my scrap room every week/weekend and getting my supplies in better order. I have tons of containers around that I bought to use in my scrap room but never used them or used them for a little and then re-organized my room again. I decided even though I like things put away neatly in drawers I can't do that in my craftroom. I need it out and easily accessible. Here is a quick video on what I've been working on. If you have any organizing videos you would like to see please let me know. You can email me using the contact form above or leave a comment below.
