Tim Holtz Distress Stain Spray {Video}

Hi Everyone
Oh my! I wish I picked up more of these Distress Stain Sprays by Tim. WOW! I'm in love. I need to make a stash of birthday cards as my supply is getting low (okay I'm totally out) and I wanted to play.  So I whipped out my stains to see what I can come up with. I'm still in the learning phases of playing with these, but I'm really enjoying them and will certainly be building my collection.

  1. If you have an adhesive like Tombow or Aileen's Tack it Over & Over, you can mix a little water in it then paint it on the back of your stencils. Now you have a low tack stencil adhesive. Definitely water it down though or it will tear your paper

  2. Danielle, Thank you thats a great idea. I will try that for sure. I tried my zig pen to let it dry but I just couldn't get it to work. I think I have the Aileen's tack it. I'll try that for sure.

  3. It bears repeating what I just wrote on your YouTube post - your cards are fantastic and I see Jennifer's influence because she creates the most awesome backgrounds too.
