Cricut Joy: Making an Insert Card

Hello everyone!
Here we are back on the blog.
After opening my Cricut Joy the very first project I made was of course an insert card. Cricut has some great free projects you can use to make cards, home decor items, and iron-on projects with the Joy Machine. I'm working on making some labels next.

The first card I made was straight from the Design Space free section. A simple hot air balloon card.
The next card was a graduation card that I added a little extra embellishment to and took it up a notch.
I hope you enjoy the video.

  1. I've seen a gazillion how-to's on the Joy cards, but I had to watch yours. I have not bought the machine, not sure I will. I belong to several FB groups and people are mostly loving the Joy. People are also carefully using painter's tape or Press and Seal to remove the negative from the mat to create a second card with what's been left from the cut. Hope you're staying home and safe.
